At Ad House Jewellery, we strive to deliver high-quality jewellery that you’ll love. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused and unworn

    • In original packaging with tags intact

  • Returns are not applicable on:

    • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

    • Customized or personalized jewellery

    • Items bought during clearance or sale

2. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery.

  • You can exchange for:

    • Same product (if damaged/defective)

    • Different product (price difference applicable)

3. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share images/video proof

  • We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed after product inspection

  • Timeline: 5–10 business days

  • Mode:

    • Prepaid orders → original payment method

    • COD orders → bank transfer/store credit

5. Reverse Pickup

  • Available for selected pin codes

  • If not available, customer may need to self-ship
