2. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for most serviceable pin codes across India.

  • A nominal COD fee may be applied at checkout.

  • Customers may be required to confirm their order via OTP before dispatch.

  • We reserve the right to disable COD for certain high-value or suspicious orders.

3. Payment Security

  • All transactions are encrypted and processed through secure payment gateways.

  • We do not store your card or payment details on our servers.

4. Order Confirmation

  • Once payment is successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation via SMS/Email.

  • In case of payment failure, the amount (if deducted) will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5โ€“7 business days.

5. Pricing & Taxes

  • All prices listed on our website are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • The final payable amount will be displayed at checkout.

6. Failed or Pending Transactions

  • If your payment is debited but the order is not confirmed, please wait for up to 24 hours.

  • If the issue persists, contact our support team with transaction details.

7. Refunds & Adjustments

  • Refunds (if applicable as per our Return Policy) will be processed to the original payment method.

  • COD refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

  • Refund processing time: 5โ€“10 business days after approval.

8. Fraud Prevention

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order flagged as fraudulent or high-risk.

  • Additional verification may be requested for certain transactions.
